Return Policy

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was marked delivered by the postal tracking service, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Personalised, custom and any clearance items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at info@dawnandgrace.com.au. Please state your order number and reason for return. Once we have received your email we will review your request and provide you with an authorisation number to include with your return. Please note that we do not accept returns for personalised or custom items.

We recommend all returns be sent using a trackable shipping service and insurance where possible, then provide us with the tracking number. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your package, we are unable to process your refund.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging, with the original packaging intact. If we receive your item back and it is not eligible for a return you will be required to pay for the shipping cost for us to return it to you.

There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Some examples of this are:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
  • Any item not in its original packaging or the original packaging is damaged.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery and does not have an authorisation number.

Clearance items

Items marked as clearance are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed against your original method of payment. If your item was a gift (and you are the gift receiver) you will instead be provided a credit in the form of a gift card which can be used in our online store. 

Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take time to process electronically and clear into your bank account. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear from the date you received your refund notification. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please first contact your bank to enquire about the missing funds as there may be a delay in the releasing of the funds to you.
