SHIPPING POLICY
Our Dawn and Grace studio is located in Australia. We ship domestically and internationally.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you select your shipping country in the check out page. Once your payment is confirmed and all your ordered items are ready, they will be dispatched within their stated processing time (see processing time below). An email or SMS will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched via the information you entered at check out. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
Dawn and Grace are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by the customer at checkout.
If your order has been marked delivered, please contact the postal service it was delivered with to find out it's whereabouts. If they are unable to provide further information, we can attempt to reach out on your behalf. Please note this process can take up to 7 business days. All parcels shipped by Dawn and Grace are sent with a tracking number. Dawn and Grace are not responsible for items once they have been confirmed delivered by the tracking number.
If your order is returned to Dawn and Grace it is the customers responsibility to pay the additional shipping expense. If the status of your order is attempted delivery, and the shipping carrier is unable to contact you/you do not reply to their emails and messages, Dawn and Grace will not refund or replace these items. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and ensure you have provided all the correct contact details at checkout. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for replacement or refund by Dawn and Grace.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. These have been paid to the postal service and are not eligible for refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure you inspect your parcel upon its arrival. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the date your order was marked delivered, unfortunately we are unable to assist further.
Processing Time estimates:
If you are purchasing any custom items in addition to other pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together in 2 - 5 business days.
During holiday and sales periods please allow an additional 2-5 business days for processing times, as well as extended shipping times.

Please allow the following postal times in addition to the processing time -
Australia - Estimated 2 - 8 Business Days (after processing time)
USA (Standard Post) - Estimated 6 - 11 Business Days (after processing time)
Rest of the World - Estimated 10 - 20 Business Days (after processing time)
If you require it by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Dawn and Grace will endeavour to meet the estimate provided, however, we cannot guarantee that estimates will be met due to unexpected factors and delays, for example, holidays, postal delays and customs clearance. In the case of packages lost or delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to track the package and/or make a claim for you. If your claim is successful, we will then issue a new product to you.
Dawn and Grace are unable to provide further assistance in regards to shipping once it has left our studio. We provide all orders with tracking numbers, which will update once your item has reached its destination country. For the most up-to-date information, please check your tracking link.
International buyers outside Australia – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order from Dawn and Grace.
The customs duties are different for each country, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Dawn and Grace is not responsible for these charges, and will not refund item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted/undelivered and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with Dawn and Grace in advance.
