Our additional birthday plaques are designed for our Birthday Calendar wall hanging signs and are sold in packs of 10 only. Any leftover pieces (if you have less than 10 to be engraved) will be sent to you as blanks.

Each plaque either comes blank or engraved with the names plus birthday, and a metal ring to attach to your wall sign.
